Lacus Clyne is a pure blooded wizard, She is an extreamly happy girl who is easy to please and likes to make others smile. Lacus can be distracted easily if she's board and may wander off if left unattended. There isn't much that can make Lacus stop smiling and change her mind about things, she'll follow through with anything she says she'll do. her parents got her a small round owl they turned pink with magic. She calls her "Haro."
Relationships
Chizuru : Best friend since forever. Used to have a crush on her older brother and has had her violent issues with her before, but they still manage to be friends.
Heimdall : Her "Older" brother as they both put it. Lacus instantly took a liking to the little purple haired boy who is over protective and squishy.
Mello : Lacus' best guy friend. It's also a one sided love/crush thing from Lacus' side. She considers him like a pet almost since she figures not matter what he does to her she'll always love him
Rukia : Fellow Prefect and friend who Lacus likes to turn for for advice on relationship. Lacus not so secretly thinks Rukia and Russell are the cutest couple ever.
Kyouya : Lacus' favorite member of the Host club, she's not sure why but she likes him the best.
Yukari : Lacus' favorite teacher even though she's only the school councelor.
Marik : Lacus' second favorite teacher. She can't wait until she can play with his baby.
Sakura : Fellow Pinky that she met in Anger management class.
